At URL http://gepc189.uni-trier.de/rebi/cgi-bin/index.php (viz. http://gepc189.uni-trier.de/cgi-bin/rebi/rebiIndex.tcl for the search interface) there is the electronic (and updated) version of what was first published on paper by Friedrich Stegmüller and Klaus Reinhardt as Repertorium Biblicum Medii Aevi in 11 volumes: A great index and guide to direct and indirect commentaries on biblical texts up to 1500.
