An image scan reprodoction of the  MGH library copy "4° Ca 90200" of the Basileae: Amerbach 1494 print of Ioannes Trithemius's Liber de scriptoribus ecclesiasticis can be accessed at URL http://www.mgh-bibliothek.de/cgi-bin/trithemius.pl?blatt=-5&rv=r viz. via http://www.mgh-bibliothek.de/digilib/trithemius.htm (the link "Aufrufen" there). Medium quality b/w scans.

The "lemma-Suche" at http://www.mgh-bibliothek.de/digilib/trithemius.htm works well enough to find entries for persons with not too common names.
