Erik De Bom pointed me to information about the Leuven, January 8th to 10th 2009 confernce with the title Power and Passion, Prince and People. Justus Lipsius’ Monita et exempla politica (1605) as a Bridge between Political Philosophy and the Ideal of the Christian Ruler.
