I learned via EXLIBRIS-L that John Craig is one of the winners of the Bibliographical Society of America's 2009 fellowship competition.
Here's the announcement:

English Parish, 1536-1642."

Also of potential interest to the readers of this forum here:
** The Reese Fellowship for American Bibliography and the History of the
Book in the Americas

Dr. Marta Vicente (University of Kansas), "Pornography and the Spanish
Inquisition: The Reading of a Forbidden Best-Seller."

** The Folter Fellowship in the History of Bibliography

Circulation of Manuscripts in Fifteenth-Century England."
