As some of the readers/members of this forum will have noticed: I'm moving some of my activities over to G+ (google plus, google+, googleplus,
https://plus.google.com/ ).
I will continue to post (about) items which IMO are predominantly related to Renaissance intellectual history viz. Renaissance philosophy
here on
Web4Ren Forum (W4RF). And I don't intend to duplicate such items over there at G+.
But part of the sort of stuff that up to now went here, in the W4RF section dedicated to
off topic items, and part of the stuff I tweet and tweeted with an "Ren:" prefix via
https://twitter.com/hckGGREN will (most probably) be distributed via G+.
Nobody has to follow that example. All members of W4RF should feel invited to continue to post here.
What follows concerns both memebers of W4RF and people who read this item without having an account here.
I am at G+ at
https://plus.google.com/109713292962660564110/ .
Most of what I write there is visible only to members of one or a few of my "circles" there. If you want to read my renaissance related items put to G+: You would have to tell me to encircle you in my G+-circle of people interested in renaissance related items. If you want to read what I write there on things related to libraries, etc.: let me know too. The same goes for interest in items related to university politics, post secondary education, musings on academia, etc.. And there is also a circle for people (still) interested in Harry Potter. Yes, you can be a member of more than one of my circles.
If you are already on G+ and want me to encircle you there: please let me know. (Perhaps best via an email to
hck@lrz.uni-muenchen.de or via a mention on G+.)
If you are not yet on G+ and want me to send you an invitation: please let me know. (Via an email to
hck@lrz.uni-muenchen.de .)
