The news by now also has been spread on twitter (https://twitter.com/#!/hckGGREN/status/133823273866772481 & https://twitter.com/#!/hckGGREN/status/133832824049508353 ), on facebook, and on diaspora (https://joindiaspora.com/posts/764261 ).

No, up to now this has not led to many many people and institutions "encircling" that page of ours over there on G+.

I myself am fading out my presence on facebook these days; I'll try to delete my personal profile there before end of this month. I have no idea whether and how this will affect the frequency of updates to our institutional profile there (though I suspect it will, notably).
