Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of successful academic and managerial leadership and of securing external research funding. They will be a scholar of international standing in an area of study relevant to the Institute and be able to communicate in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian. This is a professorial appointment and a secondment will be considered.

A secondment for five years to the role of Director of the Warburg Institute

extended to six months.
